Interest in “Ambassadori Island Batumi” Exceeded Expectations at the Dubai International Property Show

“Ambassadori Group” continues to attract investor interest with the Ambassadori Island project while also promoting Adjara as a tourism destination. For this purpose, “Ambassadori Island Batumi” participated in the prestigious international real estate exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Centre, presenting to the international audience its innovative project, which envisions the creation of two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island in the sea.
The Dubai International Property Show, which took place from April 14–16, brought together more than 300 participants from 85 countries and hosted over 25,000 visitors.
“We are delighted to have had the opportunity to present this project of historic importance for our region on the world stage at such a prestigious international exhibition, and to significantly increase the number of our partners. It is noteworthy that the harmonious blend of distinctive elements of Georgian culture and modern approaches reflected in our innovative initiative attracted attention that exceeded all expectations,” said Gocha Kamkia, General Director of Ambassadori Island Batumi.
The “Ambassadori Island Batumi” project is being developed in full compliance with the principles of sustainable development and smart city planning. It will set new standards for urban development in the region and contribute to the country’s economic progress. As part of the project’s development, up to 20,000 new jobs will be created.
During the ongoing exhibition in Dubai, the “Ambassadori Island” stand was visited by Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), together with his delegation. Among the distinguished guests was also Giorgi Janjgava, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the United Arab Emirates, who expressed his support for the project’s appearance on the international stage and wished it success.
Throughout the exhibition, the company’s representatives participated in various business programs and, at the specially designed multifunctional stand, provided detailed information to interested visitors about investment opportunities on the island.
Each visitor to the stand had the opportunity to take part in a virtual tour of the island. The tour was enhanced through artificial intelligence and interactive screens.
It should be noted that the artificial island project in the Black Sea has both tourism and significant economic importance for the region, which will ultimately place Batumi and Georgia as a whole on the new global investment map.
