August marked significant construction progress for The First Tower by Ambassadori Island Batumi. In Zone A, the three-level parking structure has taken shape, with concrete slabs completed across all three levels, covering a total area of approximately 9,000 m². Meanwhile, foundation works continue to advance in Zone B. From June through August, 127 foundation piles were installed, completing nearly 64% of the total planned scope. The progress achieved in August brings The First Tower closer to the start of its above-ground construction phase.
