A total of 41.2 hectares of land for the “Ambassador Island Batumi” project has already been formed

The transformation of the “Ambassadori Island Batumi” area is actively progressing, as evidenced by the completion of 41.2 hectares of newly formed land on the peninsula. Construction of the ultra-modern multifunctional building will begin on the given territory, which is historically significant, as it will be the first building on the island. Customers already have the opportunity to purchase residential and investment real estate of their choice. This multifunctional building will include: residential apartments, a hotel, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness centers, entertainment and wellness spaces, branded boutique stores, and a helipad.
26 hectares of the project’s land area have already been commissioned. The first phase of the artificial island project in the Black Sea, covering 26 hectares of the western peninsula, was commissioned by the Construction and Technical Supervision Agency, based on the expert conclusion of the LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau, which was prepared with the involvement of both local and foreign specialists.
The project is being implemented by Ambassador Group in cooperation with various international partners. “Ambassadori Island Batumi”, which envisions the development of two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island spanning 84 hectares in the Black Sea, is being carried out in full compliance with sustainable development principles and smart city standards.
