Ambassadori Island Batumi Secures Permit for Multifunctional Complex Construction on Island Territory

The Technical and Construction Supervision Agency has issued a construction permit for a multifunctional complex on the territory of the Ambassadori Island Batumi artificial island. Based on this authorization, the construction of an ultra-modern multifunctional building will commence on the site. This structure carries historical significance as it represents the first building on the island territory, and potential buyers are now able to purchase their preferred residential and investment real estate units within it. This multifunctional facility will integrate residential apartments, a hotel, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness centers, entertainment and wellness areas, branded boutique retail spaces, and a helipad.
The island project is being executed by the Ambassadori Group in collaboration with various international companies. Ambassadori Island Batumi, which aims to form two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island across 84 hectares in the sea, is being developed in full compliance with the principles of sustainable development and the smart city concept.
The first phase of the project, encompassing a land area of 26 hectares, has already been officially commissioned. The Technical and Construction Supervision Agency's acceptance of the first phase - the 26-hectare Western Peninsula - into operation was predicated upon an expert conclusion regarding the project's compliance, issued by the Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau. This comprehensive assessment involved both local and international specialists.
The Ambassadori Island project holds significant economic and tourism objectives for the region, positioned to place Batumi, and Georgia generally, on the global investment map.
